To Solve this error:
1- Create new user in AD (Test User)
2- From CRM Setting=>Administration=>Users Replace the user login with the new test user login.

3- Save and Login to CRM with that user.
4- Again replace new test user login with old user login (Reverse).then the problem will solve.
